1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Concierge Inteligente ("the Service"), operated by World Dance Group under the SalZOOM360 brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Description of Service
Concierge Inteligente is an AI-powered discovery assistant that aggregates information from third-party sources to help you find places and events. The Service is not a general-purpose chatbot; it is a curated discovery tool with a defined scope.
The Service operates across three access tiers:
- ▸Anonymous: 3 queries per day, no account required
- ▸Free: 5 queries per day, search history, requires registration
- ▸Premium: Unlimited queries, favorites, priority results (paid plan)
3. Third-Party APIs & Data Sources
The Service integrates data from the following third-party providers. Their respective terms and privacy policies govern the data they supply:
Google Places API
Place names, addresses, ratings, photos, and opening hours are sourced from Google.

Event listings, dates, venues, and ticketing links are sourced from Eventbrite.

AI synthesis and response generation is powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI. No personally identifiable queries are stored by the AI provider beyond session scope.

Payment processing for Premium subscriptions is handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

4. User Accounts & Registration
To access Free or Premium features you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive use of the Service.
5. Payments & Premium Subscriptions
Premium access is available as a recurring subscription, billed through Stripe. By upgrading you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable fee on the stated billing cycle.
- All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date via your account settings.
- Refunds are handled at our discretion; contact legal@salzoom360.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.
- Failure to pay (e.g., expired card) will downgrade your account to the Free tier after a grace period.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits through technical means.
- Use the Service to generate, distribute, or link to harmful content.
- Impersonate another user or provide false registration information.
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Place and event information is sourced from third-party APIs and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. World Dance Group does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose of information displayed by the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, World Dance Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including reliance on information provided by third-party APIs.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after the "Last updated" date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address on file.
